I'm confused - what about City Feed? I've only been over the new store on Centre a few times, but I know that they are very supportive of local producers and farmer items. Are they not fulfilling the need for "slow" in JP? What else should they be doing?
Did Lionette's plan include serving as a farmers market, or were they providing a venue for farmers to come in weekly/monthly and vend?

Hey, thanks for writing about this. We are disappointed that this didn't get off the ground at the Brewery (seemed like such a good fit!) but hope another opportunity will surface. We don't give up easy!
