This is one swell house folks. I helped the owners, Dan & Anna find this place a few years ago or so. I can remember it was super cold. Actually, I think we established it was actually colder in the house than outside. The place was a mess. It was a good, solid house but it needed lots of ‘TLC’ as you read a lot on the sheets.
