There is a basic menu of services that we provide to each of our clients. However, our marketing and customer service are not limited to just this list. On the contrary, we would prefer to see your home and learn about your individual needs so we can create a dynamite action plan. We don't want to give all our great ideas to the competition! We have a plethora of tactics that set us apart from the competition.

  • Thoroughly inspect your home and recommend possible improvements or changes that may yield a higher sale price. Sometimes we can save you some effort and money by recommending you not do a particular repair or change. It may not effect your net sales price.
  • Introduce your property to our agents in our weekly sales meeting and tour your home. Benefit: 20+ agents in one. You get insight from the best in the business. In addition, each agent is then familiar with your home and can speak intelligently about it.
  • Prepare a pricing recommendation based on an analysis of recently sold properties, homes that did not sell, pending contracts and review current competition. Currently, we have a 100% list price to sale price ratio. Not too shabby, eh?
  • Prepare attractive collateral marketing materials including an agent brochure.
  • Hold innovative open houses.
  • Mailing- varies by neighborhood, but usually several hundred invitations are mailed.
  • Posters in all three of our locations, Jamaica Plain, South End and Cambridge. All of which are high foot traffic areas.
  • Prudential eCards - electronic brochures with links to helpful information will go out to over 1000 area agents.
  • Attractive signage will vary depending on the terrain and style of your home.
  • We are available 24/7. We schedule appointments when it is convenient for other agents and clients, not based on what is easiest for us.
  • Arrive early and stage your home with lighting and music if possible.
  • Advertise profusely. See Advertising & Promotions section.
  • We have a special relationship with the medical professional community. Ask us about it. Top secret!
  • Fax property info to every agency in the Boston metro area.
  • Weekly summaries to keep you informed of our progress. (We usually only need to do one!)
