What an Amazing experience!!! Seriously! As a First time home buyer I had huge expectations, lofty dreams (pun intended) and a very tight budget given we wanted to live in the city and in a large open space. "Get Real!" right? Well No! BJ & Meredith Realty group made my lofty dreams a reality and then some. They streamlined the entire process with multiple recommendations as to Financing and Attorneys that all turned out to be stellar as well. They even got me in with a bank that got me 3.5%. What's more, they know the game inside and out and helped me formulate effective negotiation strategies as well as educated me as to what to look for and avoid on every front. Normally you'd expect a real estate agent to just want to sell you what ever they can, but to my surprise they actually were steering me away from a lot of the eye candy out there pointing out things I was otherwise ignorant to that would have certainly been regret in the making. I really can't say enough great things about them. They are honest, genuine, and f'n brilliant! AMAZING!!
